It depends on the model. The ETENWOLF J1 delivers 2000A peak power and supports up to 8.0L gas and 6.5L diesel engines. The X5 PRO MAX supports up to 4.0L gas and 3.0L diesel engines, while the more powerful 3000A X6 PRO MAX supports gas engines up to 8.5L.
All three models are designed for 12V vehicle batteries.
Can an ETENWOLF jump starter start a completely dead battery?
The X5 PRO MAX and X6 PRO MAX feature a FORCE START function for completely dead or extremely low-voltage 12V batteries. Simply use the BOOST function according to the instructions when a normal jump start cannot detect the battery.
The J1 does not use a FORCE START mode, but it is designed to jump-start low-voltage batteries down to approximately 9V.
Which ETENWOLF jump starter should I choose?
Choose based on your vehicle and whether you also need a tire inflator.
The J1 is a dedicated jump starter with a large 16,000mAh battery, ideal if your main priority is emergency battery starting and backup power.
The X5 PRO MAX combines a 2000A jump starter with a 160 PSI tire inflator for everyday cars and smaller engines.
The X6 PRO MAX upgrades to 3000A peak power, faster 30 L/min inflation, and support for gas engines up to 8.5L, making it better suited to larger vehicles and SUVs.
Do ETENWOLF jump starters also inflate tires?
The X5 PRO MAX and X6 PRO MAX both combine a jump starter with a built-in 160 PSI tire inflator.
The X5 PRO MAX can inflate a 235/45R18 tire from 28 to 35 PSI in about 1 minute. The X6 PRO MAX delivers up to 30 L/min airflow and can inflate a 235/55R18 SUV tire from 28 to 35 PSI in under 1 minute.
The J1 is a dedicated jump starter and does not include a tire inflator.
Are ETENWOLF jump starters safe to use?
Yes. ETENWOLF jump starters feature 8 intelligent safety protections designed to make roadside jump-starting safer and easier. Smart battery clamps help protect against common connection mistakes, including reverse polarity and improper connections, while spark protection helps reduce the risk of accidental sparks.

Can I use an ETENWOLF jump starter in cold or hot weather?
Yes. ETENWOLF jump starters are designed for roadside use in temperatures ranging from approximately -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C).
Battery performance can still decrease in extremely cold conditions, so keeping the jump starter adequately charged before winter trips is recommended.
Can I use an ETENWOLF jump starter as a power bank?
Yes. ETENWOLF jump starters can also provide backup power for compatible electronic devices.
The J1 features a 16,000mAh battery and dual USB outputs for charging devices such as phones and tablets. The X6 PRO MAX features a 30W bidirectional USB-C port, allowing it to recharge quickly while also functioning as a portable power bank.
