⚠️ What Is Error Code 9 (E9)?

If your ETENWOLF ball pump shows an E9 error code, it means there is an issue related to uncalibrated voltage — often caused by an error during the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) phase.

What happens:

  • The E9 code appears on the display for about 5 seconds

  • Then the device automatically shuts down

  • This prevents unsafe operation due to improper voltage settings

🧠 What Causes It?

The E9 error is typically due to:

  • Incorrect or missing voltage calibration during production

  • The device not passing internal quality control steps required to sync voltage and pressure sensors

🔧 Can I Fix It Myself?

No — this issue requires professional calibration of the internal electronics, which should only be performed by certified technicians.

To ensure your safety and product integrity, we recommend not attempting to open or repair the device yourself.
