If your ball pump isn't turning on, don't worry — in most cases, it's due to a simple issue that can be resolved quickly. Please check the following three common scenarios:

1. Did You Press and Hold the Power Button?

• ✅ You need to press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to power on the device.

• A short press won't turn it on.

2. Are You Trying to Power On While Charging?

• ⚠️ The pump cannot be turned on while charging.

• Please unplug the power cable, then try turning the device on.

3. Is the Battery Completely Drained?

• 🔋 If the battery is empty, the device won’t respond.

• Please fully recharge the pump, then try turning it on again.
