What to Do If Your Ball Pump Won’t Charge After Being Idle

Updated on May 28, 2025

Applies to Models:
✅ P200
✅ P300
✅ P300 Plus

If your ball pump won’t charge after being left unused for an extended period, there are a couple of possible causes to consider.

🔍 Possible Causes

1. Wiring Issue

  • Internal wiring or circuit connections may become loose or faulty over time, especially if the product has not been used.

  • This can prevent the battery from accepting a charge, even when the charger is connected.

2. Battery Discharge or Damage

  • If the device is left idle with low or no power, the battery can enter deep discharge, which may damage its ability to recharge.

  • This can occur if the product remains unused for months without recharging.

🔋 Maintenance Tip

To maintain battery health, we recommend:

Charge the ball pump at least once every 3 months if not in regular use.
This helps prevent deep discharge and prolongs the life of the internal battery.
