✅ P300 Plus

❓ What Does E18 Mean?

The E18 error code indicates a failure during the initial pressure calibration process. This typically happens when external pressure is applied to the device during startup or calibration, which prevents the system from correctly setting its internal reference point.

🔍 Why It Happens

E18 usually occurs during the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) phase or at first use when:

  • The device is connected to a ball or valve during power-on

  • External pressure interferes with the internal sensor’s ability to determine a zero-pressure baseline

When this happens:

  • The E18 code appears on screen for 5 seconds

  • Then the device will automatically shut off to protect the calibration process

✅ How to Fix It

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Disconnect Any Ball or Adapter

    • Ensure nothing is attached to the nozzle or applying pressure to the system.

  2. Restart the Device

    • Turn the pump off and wait a few seconds

    • Power it back on with no external pressure applied

  3. Allow Automatic Calibration

    • Upon restart, the device will automatically perform its pressure reference calibration

    • If successful, the E18 code will no longer appear, and the pump will function normally
