⚠️ What Is Error Code 15 (E15)?

If your ETENWOLF ball pump shows an E15 error code, it means the device has encountered an operation timeout.

What This Means:

• The pump has exceeded its preset maximum run time during a single session.

• This is a protective feature designed to prevent overheating or extended overuse.

🔄 What Happens When E15 Appears?

• The E15 code will appear on the screen for 5 seconds.

• After that, the device will automatically reset itself.

• You can then continue using the pump as normal — no action is required.

✅ What You Should Do

Nothing!
The system is designed to recover automatically. Just wait a few seconds and resume use.

If the device overheated due to extended use, let it cool down for a minute before restarting, especially in hot environments.
