Updated on May 28, 2025

Applies to Models:
✅ P200
✅ P300
✅ P300 Plus

⚠️ What Does E8 Mean?

The E8 error code indicates a sensor error. This happens when the pump's internal pressure sensor is either damaged or temporarily affected by external interference.

When E8 appears:

  • The error code will display on the screen for 5 seconds

  • Then the device will automatically shut down for safety

🔍 Possible Causes

There are two main reasons for the E8 error:

1. Damaged Pressure Sensor

  • This type of damage is not recoverable

  • A replacement unit will be required

2. External Interference

  • Nearby electromagnetic sources or unusual environmental conditions may affect sensor performance

  • Removing the source of interference may allow the device to return to normal

✅ How to Resolve It

Step 1: Check for Interference

  • Move the device away from strong magnetic fields, electronics, or wireless transmitters

  • Ensure you're in a clean, stable environment

Step 2: Restart the Pump

  • Wait a few moments

  • Turn the device back on

  • If the E8 error disappears, you can continue using the pump normally

Step 3: Still Seeing E8?

If the error returns after restarting or appears repeatedly:

  • It’s likely a sensor hardware failure
