What to Do If Your Ball Pump Displays 'Error Code 10' (E10)?

Updated on May 28, 2025

Applies to Models:
✅ P200
✅ P300
✅ P300 Plus

⚠️ What Does E10 Mean?

The E10 error code indicates an overcurrent protection event. This means the device detected that the internal current exceeded the safety threshold, and it automatically shut down to prevent damage.

When E10 is triggered:

  • The error code displays for 5 seconds

  • The device then automatically shuts off

This protection is part of the pump’s built-in safety system.

🔌 Why It Happens

Your ETENWOLF ball pump includes a 5A overcurrent protection mechanism.
Here’s how it works:

  • If the internal current temporarily spikes above 5 amps, the system activates overcurrent protection.

  • The MOSFET (power control chip) remains safe as long as the spike is brief and within design limits.

  • Prolonged or extreme overcurrent could damage internal components, such as the MOSFET.

✅ How to Resolve It

Step 1: Turn Off the Device

  • Power off the ball pump completely

  • Wait a few seconds

Step 2: Restart the Pump

  • Turn the device back on

  • If the issue was temporary, the pump should resume normal operation

Step 3: Still Seeing E10?

  • If E10 reappears frequently or immediately, it may indicate hardware stress or damage

  • Stop using the device and contact customer support
