Can the Air 3 / Air 2 / Air 2 Pro / Air 5 Pro Max Inflate Balloons?
No, they cannot.
Our AIR Series pumps are not suitable for inflating balloons.
💨 Why Not?
-
Balloons require low pressure (0.2–0.5 bar / 3–7 psi) to inflate safely.
-
The maximum pressure of the AIR series is only 0.65 psi, which is far below the requirement for proper balloon inflation.
Trying to inflate balloons with these models will not work and may lead to frustration or damage.
✅ What Can They Inflate?
The AIR Series is designed for inflating low-pressure, high-volume items such as:
-
Air mattresses
-
Pool floats & rings
-
Inflatable swimming pools
-
Vacuum storage bags
-
Sleeping pads and cushions
❌ What Should You NOT Use It For?
Please do not use the AIR Series pumps for:
-
Balloons
-
Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs)
-
Kayaks
-
Sports balls
-
Car or bike tires
These items require either much higher or more precise pressure, which the AIR Series is not designed to provide.
