ETENWOLF Shipping Protection Terms & Services

1. Overview

ETENWOLF Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout to provide additional coverage for eligible orders during transit.

The Shipping Protection fee is calculated as 3% of the total product value in your order, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Coverage Scope

Shipping Protection covers eligible orders against:

  • Loss during transit
  • Damage during transit
  • Delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier
  • Theft after confirmed delivery (with supporting documentation)

Coverage applies only after the package has been shipped by ETENWOLF and assigned a valid tracking number.

3. Lost Package Coverage

A package may be considered lost under the following conditions:

Domestic Orders (United States)

  • Tracking has not updated to “Delivered” within 30 days after shipment.

International Orders

  • Tracking has not updated to “Delivered” within 60 days after shipment.

Customers must report a lost package within 7 days after the above time period.

ETENWOLF may offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund for the covered items

at ETENWOLF’s sole discretion.

4. Damaged Package Coverage

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • You must contact ETENWOLF within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photos of:

    outer packaging
    shipping label
    damaged product
    must be provided

Once approved, ETENWOLF may provide:

  • Replacement of the damaged item, or
  • Refund of the affected item

5. Misdelivery Coverage

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier:

  • You must notify ETENWOLF within 7 days
  • ETENWOLF may investigate with the shipping carrier
  • If confirmed, ETENWOLF may issue:

    a replacement
    or refund

6. Stolen Package Coverage

If a package is marked “Delivered” but is believed stolen after delivery:

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Police report
  • Security camera footage
  • Carrier documentation
  • Written statement

Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.

7. Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs clearance
  • Orders returned due to customer refusal
  • Packages left unattended at customer request
  • Product defects unrelated to shipping
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout

8. Claim Process

To file a claim, customers must contact:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Description of issue
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Supporting documents

ETENWOLF reviews claims within 3–5 business days.

9. Refund of Shipping Protection Fee

The Shipping Protection fee itself is:

  • Non-refundable once the order has shipped
  • Refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment

10. Limitation of Liability

ETENWOLF’s maximum liability under Shipping Protection shall not exceed:

the original purchase value of the covered product(s)

The Shipping Protection fee is not included in reimbursement.

11. Changes to Terms

ETENWOLF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply.
